Two wooden paddles branded Thorn St Brewery each hold six tasters, running from light to dark, with the printed tasting menus propped behind them.
Roger had enjoyed a few beers here with a friend in February 2013, and in June he had to stop by for a flight. Two visits in four months made Thorn Street one of the steadier stops on his North Park beer circuit.
