This Wilshire Center/Koreatown location (originally Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong) closed for renovation on December 27, 2023 and never reopened; the space was taken over by Origin KBBQ by February 2024. A separate Baekjeong location operates elsewhere in Koreatown today, but this is not it.
The newer Chula Vista location of Manna, which Roger tried to dodge the perpetual wait at the Convoy branch; better service and the same standout brisket, "finger meat" and beef tongue.
