A Point Loma waterfront restaurant Roger visited once, back in 2005, for its lunch buffet, rating it 4 stars for a good spread of fish, chicken and rice, fair pricing for the view, and great, hospitable service watching birds dive for fish outside.

Only been here once, for the lunch buffet, back in 2005. The waterfront view and ambiance were nice, with birds diving into the water while Roger ate. Called the price fair for what you get, plus the view, and praised the hospitable service.
Roger rated this 4 stars, highlighting a generously portioned satay, a seafood curry special served in a young coconut shell loaded with mussel, scallop, shrimp, and squid, and a great papaya salad with shrimp.

The Ritz-Carlton's sky-high West Kowloon lounge, which Roger said is worth the steep prices for "drinking at the world's highest bar" and a better skyline view than Sky100, especially to impress out-of-town guests.
