I've always been a frequent patron & fan of CH's establishments....but the ball really got dropped last night...waited for 15 mins, didn't even get acknowledged while 3 others walked up & were served

Obviously the bartender knew we were there, he brought out a menu for us and 10 mins later we didn't get acknowledged....”
Roger, normally a fan of C&H's bars and restaurants, said they dropped the ball here: he stood waiting a long time while three other people walked up and ordered first, and after a menu was brought over, he still went unacknowledged 10 minutes later.
