“It definitely isn't the best Indian food as it is a quick bite in a food court but its edible and enough to fill you up.”
A roughly $9, 2-item plate with rice, naan and a mango lassi; a repeat, casual stop over the years, though the food isn't always freshest since it sits out.
Stay in the neighborhood

Good for one thing in Roger’s book: a dog-friendly patio. The Black & Bleu burger was bland on a cold bun.

Roger rated this Mission Valley Tender Greens 4 stars, noting it's bigger but also much more crowded than the other Tender Greens locations he's been to.

The Mission Valley outpost of The Kebab Shop, a chain Roger has followed since its East Village original (still his favorite location); lamb doner, shawarma and kebab plates all deliver, though parking and lunch crowds are the tradeoff.
