The call
A La Jolla Mexican restaurant Roger visited only once, back in 2005, rating it 1 star after finding a whole roach in one of his friends' rolled tacos -- staff pulled the tray and refunded the meal, but Roger said he'd never go back.
“it was a freaken entire ROACH! The whole entire body, not just a part of it!”

Source-backed notes
“it was a freaken entire ROACH! The whole entire body, not just a part of it!”
Only visited once, back in 2005, with friends who ordered rolled tacos with rice and beans on the side. Roger finished first and was chatting while his friends ate, when one of them found the roach midway through a rolled taco; another friend immediately gagged and spat out his food. Staff took the tray away and refunded the meal, but Roger said he'd never return.
