Has been coming here since skating in front of Hamel's as a kid. The carne asada fries get loaded up generously -- Roger usually grabs a box along with a rum popey (an egg nog drink) and walks to a bench by the beach to relax and eat.
Roger rated this Mission Beach boardwalk bar and restaurant 3 stars, calling it beachfront but a bit touristy, with overpriced appetizers even during happy hour.
