Housed inside a high-end mall similar to Fashion Valley, with a decent wait on a dinner night but good, attentive service once seated. Started with a complimentary kimchee daikon roll shaped like a taco, then the sashimi-style bluefin tuna over a wonton tostada with crispy garlic, plus a mango-sauce shrimp ceviche and a lightly battered, fresh-avocado shrimp taco.
