Roger said the menu closely mirrored Xi'an Kitchen's and pointed readers toward the biang biang noodles as the order to get. He recommended the cumin meat dishes for anyone new to the cuisine, called big plate chicken (大盤雞) a safe bet, and said the pumpkin cake was pretty good.
