“The authentic taste is definitely not there!”
Visited once while shopping in the area, around 2004-2005. Ordered a pho bowl while a friend had a bbq pork rice plate; both were disappointing, with flavor that seemed toned down for a more American palate rather than authentic Vietnamese taste.
Roger rated this 4 stars, calling it one of the few spots near La Jolla with decent grub, with a must-have bison burger and a damn tasty Kentucky buck cocktail.
